Lt. Justin Davoult

Community Services Lt., Punta Gorda Police Dept

Lieutenant Justin Davoult began his Law Enforcement career with the Punta Gorda Police Department in December of 2009. He started on road patrol and became a Field Training Officer and a Traffic Homicide Investigator. During this time, he was named Officer of the Year twice as well as Officer of the Quarter twice. 

In 2015, Lieutenant Davoult was selected to serve as a Detective in the Criminal Investigations Section. While a Detective, Lieutenant Davoult was promoted to Corporal within the unit. In July of 2017, he was then promoted to Lieutenant and transferred to road patrol for a short time and then ultimately to the Community Services Section Lieutenant. 

Lieutenant Davoult has lived in this community all his life and cares deeply for the community he serves. He looks forward to many more years of service to the residents of Punta Gorda and Charlotte County. Drug Free Punta Gorda is thankful for his involvement on the Board of Directors.
